Mobile jaw crusher

Advantages
1.Modular design, no welding structure, making the structure light and compact, large fatigue strength and strong impact resistance. Using intelligent wireless communication control device, self-service belt walking, single person can remotely operate the upper and lower ordinary flat trailer, to achieve rapid transfer operations.
2.Adopt "V" type symmetrical crushing chamber design, deep crushing chamber, small angle of engagement, large stroke, large processing capacity, low energy consumption and large crushing ratio. Integrated motor installation, motor base and crusher-body installation reduce the crusher space and triangle belt length.
3.The movable jaw assembly adopts forged heavy eccentric shaft, high-quality heavy-load spherical roller bearings, and the movable jaw body optimized by finite element analysis, which ensures the impact resistance and high stability of the movable jaw assembly. The crusher discharge port is adjusted mechanically or hydraulically through the wedges on both sides, which is safe and reliable, and saves downtime.
4.The labyrinth seal and centralized lubrication system ensure that the bearing grease is not contaminated, making it more efficient and stable. The higher rotation speed increases the throughput and the frequency of material crushing, which greatly increases the output.
